The overall product has been designed for each module to interact with the next module – although they may be purchased separately. The four modules of NurseManager have specific roles.
NurseList captures the static data relating to nurses and clients. Registering a new nurse or client is easy.
NurseBook captures the dynamic data relating to the day-to-day availabilities of each nurse and the day-to-day requirements of the clients. Easy matching of availabilities to requirements allows clear and definitive assignment of resources.

NurseClock is the start of the financial processing. Entering timesheet and shift data for fulfilled requirements will select the appropriate rates for that client. NurseClock allows for multiple rates and invoice addresses for each client, depending on the source of the requirement. Invoices are generated and printed from this module as well as payroll summaries.
NurseCash completes the financial processing with management accounts and payroll activities completing the cycle.

Additionally, Nursing Agency Solutions offers a NurseManager Lite product – designed for the smaller agency, offering complete front-to-back business management processing.
