NurseList is a data repository for nurse and client data.

Nurse data contains all the information one would expect to find on the application form. These are primarily arranged into seven sections as follows:
Basic details – Grade, Date of Birth, PIN details, qualifications, speciality and phone details.
Employment and Bank details – Name of bank, address of bank, name of account, sort- and account-codes, NI Number and tax code.
Overseas details – Nationality(ies) and passport details
Training details – Courses attended, dates completed and nurse-relevant courses such as Moving and handling, Basic Life Support, C & R, Health & Safety etc.
Medical Details – General health notes, specific Hepatitis B information and other vaccinations.
Personal Details – Address, Next of Kin, Emergency contact details and References.
Exclusion details – nurse requests not to be assigned to specific wards, hospitals or clients.

Client (Hospital) data contains all necessary client related information in three sections as follows:
Location – Telephone number, postcode, directions and postal address
Finance – Account code, rate information and NurseClock code to enable synchronisation of data between databases.
Other – Flags to indicate active/inactive client and Private client for use in other modules for data processing.
