The NurseClock system is a database containing client
invoicing and rates information and links dynamically
with the NurseBook system. For multi-site operations,
it is possible to link many NurseBook sites with one NurseClock
operation; Site-specific integrity is maintained, allowing
all subsequent reports to be generated ‘by site’. The
NurseClock system reads the NurseBook? requirements and
offers them to be matched to the timesheet – in this way,
you can assess which booked requirements have outstanding
timesheets. As nurses fulfil the requirements, timesheets
are completed and approved by the client. These timesheets
are entered into the NurseClock system and by selecting
combinations of grade, shift type, hospital and requester,
the rates are defined for the timesheet and applied to
the hours worked. Break times are also recorded for use
in European Working Time Regulation reports.

Travel allowances may be automatically populated based
on invoicing rules – or overwritten to account for special
client agreements. Multiple shifts per timesheet are possible
– and must be for the same client (and ward within a hospital,
if applicable). Multiple timesheet submissions are possible
– up to 15 timesheets per nurse per week.
On completion of timesheets in a batch, reports may be
prepared to check data accuracy. Invoices may then be
generated and printed. Payroll reports are also available
and wages summary printouts can be submitted at any time. |
